I have a question for you do you know what are the 4 Color Personality Type of Prospect?
Do you ever wonder when you prospecting you tell them about your opportunity, products or services and at the end they will say no to you. Two reasons, One, its not the right time for them or two, they don't understand you. And I will share with you “why they don't understand you.”
When prospecting, you need to know this type so that you can understand your prospect easily and be able to identify and communicate with them based on their personality type.
When I started my network marketing business, I found this book from Big Al. I learned it, applied it, it was easy and I had fun while doing this when I'm prospecting.
These people are the one who are most of the money in your network marketing.
They are the leaders, movers and shakers. they are the one that gets things done no matter what. They are in charge. They want everything organize. They are the people who talk in the stage and they are the one who build the team fast and want results. They want to be the number one. They are competitive. They are hard headed because they don't listen to you because they know how to do it, how they will run their business, they know how to build a team.
Red personality they want “money”.
How to identify it? If they talk about money, prestige, millions, power, wealth and etc. They are red.
Who are they? They are your boss, the president in your company, our president, athletes, politicians, business leaders and more.
You are talking to your prospect and then she or he says like this “Get to the point, how many team members I need to go to the next rank.”
Another example is “We need to bring 50 team members on the event. And we will rock it and we will change other people lives!. Whose with me!”
2. Green personality
My husband fall on this type of personality.
This people are boring and only interested in information.
They are the people like to research, like a spreadsheet, and like critical thinking, like to calculate.
They like books computers & games. They rather play games on their PS4, tablet, Xbox than talking to the people.
They are not fast starters but they are loyal clients. If they decided, they're going to stay with it you for a while no matter what.
Talking to people from nowhere is not their type, they have to be prepared before they can talk to people. They do a lot of thinking and less actions.
Blue personality they want “information”
How to identify it? If they talk about details information, stocks, numbers, graphs, data, white paper.
Who are they? They are the analyst, scientist, accountant, engineer, office workers, people in front of the computer all the time and more.
This personality will ask you about more information in your presentation details by details. And also, these people like to research first before they answer your question “yes or no” to opportunity.They also research scam…lol! Sounds familiar. I said this because of my experience with my husband.
Another example is if you're going for vacation 6 months from now. The green personality will do research, compare prices to each place before they present it to you.
3. Yellow Personality
This type of personality love to help people. They will do other people before themselves. They love to assist others. They are professional huggers. They hug people most of the time.
They are honest people with integrity That is why people trust them. Also, they love to be volunteers for a mission for the benefit of others.
These people are not interested in your opportunity, they are interested in your products and services and how it can help them so that they can help others.
Be mindful, though, yellow personality like to help and serve others but doesn't like to be bossed around.
Yellow personality they want to “help”.
How to identify it? If they talk about helping others. It's hard for them to say “NO” to others. If they are nice, wearing casual clothes, casual shoes, they don't overdress, soft-spoken, and friendly.
Who are they? They are your counselors, ministries, school teachers, massage therapists, nurses, social worker, caregivers and more.
For example: If you complain to yellow personality they will try their best to answer it and resolve it before going to your upline. In short they are great listeners.
After identifying, you can easily talk to them by knowing their personality type.
4. Blue personality
These people love to have fun, they are energetic, loves to party, they love to talk a lot, love to travel. The most important thing is they like to meet new people.
And I fall into this category.
They can easily get connected to other people, they can easily prospect because they love to talk. They conversation starter in short. However, the blue personality they don't listen and they don't follow up and that's their weakness. I'm 100% agree with these.
Blue Personality they want to “party”.
How to identify it? they are the people who bring a lot of prospects during the event.
Who are they? They are the promoters. They are the one who tell stories.
Also, remember those times in the event, that if someone asked a question and the question is so so long and can't even figure out what the question is. That person is a blue personality.
They are the one doing the action fast and don't bother about the facts and information. They just do it.
When they said that I'm not having fun in my travel adventures. This is not interesting anymore, I need to find something NEW.
All personality make great leaders. If you have each of them in your team, you have a great team.
